What materials are your products made from?
– Most of our products are made of a combination of plywood and wood which we use as reinforcements in the corners to strongly hold the plywood parts together.
Wherever possible, we use screws with t-nut inserts. The result is a very strong connection between the parts.
How do I choose the right size accessory for my space?
– Measure the length, width and height of your available space. If there are any obstacles along the floor or walls of your van (or other space) measure them also.
The best option, the one that would guarantee a well fitting product, is to come to our workshop and have us take the measurements for you.
What is your shipping policy?
– We usually include the shipping fees in the item price. This means that, if you pick up the item at our workshop, you will usually get it for a significantly lower price.
What is your return and exchange policy?
– Returns are accepted within 14 days if the item arrives to you damaged or not as described. The return shipping cost is always covered by the customer.
